What I'll be doing - your accountabilities

Client facing role accountability, requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills;
-
The management of Service Level Agreements / Targets under ‘Jeopardy Management’, remaining cognizant of those action items / dependencies that may be at risk of breaching these targets,

Collaborate with Resolver Groups (BT > Client > Vendor) to understand the effectiveness of existing and proposed network infrastructure solution;

Cisco Device administration and management of Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, not limited OS HW/SW uptime, security patch management, and upgrade of OS when needed. (EX. ISR router, Nexus 9k, 7k series, 65xx, 38xx, 36xx, series switches, 55xx, 98xx series wireless controller);

A theoretical and practical understandings of Dell, F5, Meraki and SDWAN Technologies;

The support and resolution of Service Operations Incident escalations problems or queries at customer branch office / data center) or remote sites, coordinating and scheduling with BT, Client, Third Party Vendors as required; and

The support of Service Operations Change Management requests, whether installation or ongoing maintenance of configuration items at customer (branch office / data center) or remote sites, coordinating and scheduling BT, Client, Third Party Vendors as required.
Skills required for the job

CCNP Accreditation, with at least 7 years of proven experience

Routing, this will include BGP understanding, and troubleshooting
-
Proven experience of SDWAN technology, and troubleshooting

Proven experience with DNAC wireless, Technical troubleshooting of wireless issues

Understanding of switching, along with ACL’s and Route Maps
-
An understanding of the ITIL Methodology
