At EE, we generate over £10 billion in revenue, offering enormous opportunities for our people and positioning us as No. 1 in the market. As a Senior Manager – Convergence Commercial Execution, you’ll work at the heart of this ambition, helping us create digital, data-led, and customer-first experiences that transform lives and businesses across the country.
Why join this team
This role sits at the core of Consumer’s top strategic priority: Fixed + Mobile Convergence (FMC). As Senior Manager, Convergence Execution, you’ll drive the performance of the converged P&L, acting as the commercial engine behind our most critical growth ambitions. In partnership with base management, marketing, channel, and digital teams, you’ll deepen lifecycle engagement and deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven, execution-focused leader who thrives on accountability and effective collaboration.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marcomms to deliver high-impact consideration and demand generation plans that support acquisition and in-life growth. Work across all brands and products to maximise convergence outcomes
