Why join this team
The Product Planning Manager plays a critical role in shaping and communicating the strategic narrative for the Home and Transformation Product Organisation. Working with senior leadership across the team, the role holder will ensure we plan for and deliver a consistent customer and market focused product roadmap. This role ensures that all change initiatives, whether launching new products, moving customers between offerings, or introducing new content are strategically aligned, customer-informed, and clearly articulated across the business. The role holder will be the key interface with the rest of the organisation for the interlocks with Strategy, Marketing & Commercial, Marcoms, and beyond. By working across senior leadership and delivery teams, the role holder will coordinate and drive activity with a single-minded focus on maximising the impact of portfolio changes.
