As the Propositions Manager (Differentiation in Tech), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the EE proposition across all product categories. By owning the strategy and proposition, you will ensure that our offerings meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. This role is essential for delivering innovative and competitive products, managing all proposition launches, and contributing significantly to the growth and profitability of EE. Your leadership and strategic vision will be key in maintaining our position as a market leader in the Consumer Electronics industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in Service & Loyalty across the Consumer Electronics market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for differentiated Tech propositions that supports all major product categories, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Create compelling value propositions for Tech, highlighting their unique features and benefits to attract and retain customers.
- Lead and manage all leading Tech proposition launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful market introductions.
- Own the profit and loss responsibility for Tech propositions, ensuring financial targets are met through effective pricing, cost management, and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring high quality product offerings.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and sales incentives.
- Track and analyze the performance of Tech propositions, using data driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in product development and enhancements, ensuring our products stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, minimizing risks and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

- Expertise in negotiating with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms and highquality products.
- Understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards related to service & loyalty propositions across all categories
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Experience:
- Strong experience in product management, with a focus on service & loyalty or related propositions
- Track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions in product development.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing proposition launches, particularly in Consumer Electronics & Tech
- Proven experience managing financial performance of propositions, with a track record of driving profitability and growth.
- Experience conducting market research and using insights to drive product development and strategic decisions.
- Experience gathering and applying customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Experience managing relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring highquality product offerings and favorable terms.
- Proven experience working closely with sales teams to develop gotomarket strategies and drive sales performance.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to service & loyalty in the consumer electronics market
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing product performance to drive continuous improvement.
