As we are moving into the new Product Operating Model, we are now seeking talented and skillful Product Managers to join Mobile Tribe as a Squad Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to shape customer centric and quality products and offerings to our customers
As a Product Manager is responsible for leading a squad to achieve key business outcomes by setting a clear vision, prioritising tasks, and ensuring high-quality output. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and the ability to drive product innovation.
What you’ll be doing
Vision and Strategy:
- Set and communicate the vision for the squad.
- Develop and maintain the squad roadmap.
- Align squad objectives with the broader goals of the tribe and organization.
Backlog Management:
- Build and prioritize the squad backlog to achieve business goals.
- Make trade-offs and quick decisions to manage day-to-day priorities.
- Ensure clarity and understanding of requirements within the squad.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with other squads and tribes to plan and implement cross-squad tasks.
- Manage stakeholder priorities and align needs with available resources.
- Actively build relationships and break down silos within the organization.
Quality and Output:
- Maintain a high-quality bar for squad output.
- Ensure the squad meets the Definition-of-Done for all tasks.
- Act as a role model, fostering an atmosphere of confidence and trust.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary squad in which squad members with different specialisms coming from different teams. Act as a role model by creating an atmosphere of confidence and trust to motivate the Squad to deliver planned outcomes with quality and efficiency.

- Proven knowledge and experience in relevant product or journey.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
- Ability to create value propositions based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Skilled communicator and persuasive leader.
