Experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering transformation projects
- Experience in Service management framework - ITIL (Information Technology infrastructure Library), IT Risk Management and best practices.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable transformation improvements, driving continuous service improvement and achieving tangible results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Global IT Support Management and experience in managing Global IT Trends
- Responsible for transformation plan/roadmap is aligned with BT Security, and Regional regulatory compliance

What you’ll be doing
- Accountable for reimagining IT services offered to internal BT Group colleagues including Partner team
- Accountable for transforming IT operations & Support services across Globe UN and Non-UK Regions (AMEA/ India/ Europe/ Americas). Offer world class customer experience of a substantial service and/or platform. This includes full accountability for end-user IT service transformation.
- Responsible for understanding and aligning IT services with the Digital Workplace objectives
- Accountable for identifying both transformational and operational opportunities for improvement across the business and developing mechanisms to track the value and benefits delivered.
- Driving efficiencies by focusing on continuous Improvement
- Responsible for creating transformational roadmap for IT services and drive the delivery with Tech Tribe leads
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Report all stakeholders including Unit Director
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Service optimization initiatives and ensure successful implementation
