Why this job matters

In this job, you’ll be responsible for the brilliant delivery management of transformed customer journeys that support our consumer-facing product strategic roadmap. You’ll do this by ensuring successful end-to-end delivery planning, enabling e2e and front to back customer solutions to be delivered and business outcomes achieved.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead communication with stakeholders and set-up and facilitate Digital tribe portfolio ceremonies including planning and delivery syncs
  • Facilitate squads to deliver business value, through coordinating dependencies and resolving impediments; ensuring that the e2e Digital solution is able to be delivered, including where there are third party suppliers involved
  • Work in partnership with the wider business to orchestrate solutions that drive innovation and future digital thinking
  • Manage risks and dependencies across in your tribe, and escalate and track impediments
  • Create and sustain relationships across the business to enable efficient and effective delivery
  • Take the lead for delivery based on primacy, and work in partnership to support when you do not have a prioritised view

Experience you'll have

  • Strong stakeholder management; ability to drive strong, open and sustained communication channels both within Digital tribes and with the wider stakeholder community.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and digital product development
  • Competent in project methodology (Agile & Waterfall)
  • Be a self-starter and not rely on being told what to do or how to do it
  • Experience in delivering a large number of projects and change initiatives in matrix environment
  • Professional/technical expertise in digital project management
  • Proven experience of managing work through the software delivery life cycle in a development team
