About this role 

Franchise is an important and strategic part of the EE Consumer wider strategy,.  This role is to mange the ongoing relationship with our Franchise Owners, working closely with the wider internal teams, retail, commercial, property teams to maintain strong relationships and holding our partners accountable for the performance levels whilst delivering against the business objectives.

 

 

You'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day & strategic relationship with  partners and hold partner to account for performance & delivery vs contract – KPI/LD etc.
  • Maintains account plan capturing all cross business risk/issues/opportunities
  • Manage partner governance relating to commercial performance
  • Produce all contractual forecasting 
  • Identify and agree opportunities to deliver incremental commercial volume/value
  • Negotiate and agree commercials / contract to support service
  • Navigate partnership to underpin strategic needs for business
  • Manager breaches/disputes/contractual escalation process.

 

Skills required for the role:

  • Commercial and Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g. business KPIs, business cases)
  • Relationship Skills: Strong interpersonal, people management and relationship building skills essential due to working with other departments and our external business partners
  • Highly self motivated and able to act on own initiative.

 

Experience you would be expected to have: 

  • Telco experience
  • Strong influencing and relationship skills
  • Experience of retail and Franchisees
  • Knowledge of financial and legal implication
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
