The role involves leading complex In-Life solutions, T&T, or WNB/C2M projects, primarily focusing on solution-level designs related to specific technologies. As the accountable entity for all technical aspects, you ensure adherence to T&SD gold standards and governance processes while handling the largest and most intricate engagements, exceeding 10 million in scale. Recognizing business costs associated with deliveries, you escalate concerns within T&SD, demonstrating a clear understanding of your role and alignment with sector-specific customers. Your responsibilities include providing detailed summaries, responding to inquiries, and presenting technical aspects of designs to both internal and external technical audiences. Collaboration in both office and remote settings is essential for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Captures detailed customer technical requirements and translates them into solution designs using established methodologies.
  • Recommends technical directions and determines optimal solution designs for customers.
  • Manages review and validation processes for new developments and existing products/services, ensuring full integration and considering solutions' impact on the product roadmap.
  • Drives improvement in design and delivery capabilities for end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Manages customer solution design engagement, statement of work creation, and coordination of 3rd party deliverables. Facilitates strong customer relationships at senior levels, influencing service strategy and operational decisions.
