Why this job matters
The Worldwide ABM Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a team designing and delivering end-to-end marketing programs into the sales channels in global. The role will include delivering bottom of the funnel marketing to drive velocity of conversion, the marketing plans and all go to market executions into the sales teams including ABM, regional roundtables, supporting major campaign activations, case studies, customer demand marketing and lifecycle comms.
The Worldwide ABM Marketing Manager will understand the outcomes the Global sales teams need from marketing and be responsible for ensuring we support MTP delivery and representing the marketing team into the sales channels.
What you’ll be doing
- Key interface into the Global sales teams’ segments accountable for ensuring the marketing activity relevant to the segments is joined up e2e across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead and motivate a high performing team within marketing to deliver on agreed field marketing strategy. This includes: Supporting the activation and enablement of major campaigns effectively into worldwide channels.
- Create and execute ABM / regional campaigns based on customer challenges, collaborating with Partner and portfolio teams and in alignment with the brief defined with the planner & segment stakeholders.
- Create and deliver customer engagement programmes including 3rd party events and regional roundtables.
- In life communications into segments, marketing updates, price increase, incentives and defines mandatory customer comms requirements (delivered via Digital Mktg)
- Sales enablement – ensures sales enablement content is updated/collated as required and uploaded to the right tools; collaborates with Product Marketers to understand what product content is created/updated and the best way to communicate with sales teams
- Collaborate with campaigns team to ensure best practice on smaller targeted campaigns. Secure the budget for ABM/regional campaigns while providing results and ROI on customer activity.
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Skilled in building strong relationships with senior sales leads to ensure high engagement with marketing plans.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams to deliver activity on time and within budget.
- Skilled at prioritising marketing activity to deliver maximum ROI.
- Ability to bring together data points, insight and analytics from multiple sources (internally and externally) to build end to end ABM/Regional campaigns across each segment.
- Working with Senior Field Marketing Manager to ensure the global marketing plans are represented and communicated effectively to the wider marketing team and which look joined up e2e for our customers.
