Purpose Of Role/ Technical Skills:

We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge in OT security. The selected candidate will be expected to act as a mentor in this area for the rest of his colleagues and help cover the gap we currently have. Knowledge of the following will be evaluated during the technical interview:

• Knowledge of ICS network and of its protocols
• Knowledge of one of the major vendor products (Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, etc.)
• Proven understanding of OT specific protocols and different elements of OT environment.

The selected candidate will be part of the operational (perimetral) security L3 team. Working hours are 8x5 with a rotatory on-call to assist their L2 colleagues who work 24x7x365 shifts in case there is a major incident out of hours.

All communications are in English (both written and spoken) as both the client and all other internal teams that we work with are global so it is important to have a good English level.

The candidates must have a very strong network foundation knowledge. We work in a fully multivendor environment where a solid base is key in understanding the client infrastructures.

The supported services are:

• Firewalls
• WAF
• Proxies
• Vulnerability Management
• NAC

Some of our daily BAU tasks include the following:

• Complex change preparation + implementations
• Vendor engagement in certain high visibility incidents
• Joining troubleshooting calls when escalated by the L2 team
• Rotatory on-call

• Ability to think out of the box considering collateral environments and understanding roles/responsibilities of collateral stakeholders (customer mainly)
• Attention to detail. Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy

Good To Have:

• Higher grade formative cycle (University degree or Formación Profesional Grado Superior)
• Network advanced certifications are highly valued as well as any vendor security related ones.
• At least 3 years of work experience
