Creating and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline is essential for revenue protection and growth within BT Business.  This is one of the key roles responsible for ensuring the operational stability and efficiency of the sales platform which underpins that sales pipeline 

What you’ll be doing

• Accountable owner for business continuity in the BT Business Sales domain, eg ensuring Salesforce data is protected, restorable, compliant, and auditable through the effective use of tools such as OwnBackup (Backup, Recover, Archive, Sandbox Seeding, etc.), while enabling engineering velocity and minimizing operational risk.
• Lead on setup of Data Centre and Privacy Cetner in a large-scale salesforce eco system to control and derisk data security across the business sales domain
• Be proactive in establishing and executing software engineering best practice to ensure platform stability and performance in a large scale salesforce eco system.
• As a Line manager, you will have full accountability with regards to your direct reports in relation to People Management, Individual Performance & Delivery, Employee Well-being & Continuous improvement within the overall team.
• Ensure information and data for audit and reporting purposes is well controlled and accessible when needed.
• Participate in external engagement activities to promote BT Digital’s work and continue to keep up to date with external best practice.
• Accountability for your own personal development/training with regards to upcoming technologies associated with the Salesforce application
