BT Business is looking for a Public Sector Frameworks Manager to lead the mobilisation of multi-million-pound public sector agreements. You'll play a key role in supporting over £350M in public sector call-off revenue, enabling compliant, scalable sales across BT’s public sector channels and innovation - including AI-powered support tools.
What you’ll be doing
- Translating framework obligations into actionable business processes.
- Mobilise new Frameworks, Dynamic Purchasing Systems and Dynamic Market Agreements.
- Ensuring sales contracts are compliant and commercially viable.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams and public sector clients.
- Driving simplification and automation of internal processes.
- Creating and delivering training materials and maintaining a centralised intranet hub.
Experience Required
- Deep expertise in public sector Frameworks and DPS agreements.
- Proven experience in leading framework implementations and change initiatives.
- Can demonstrated call-off contracting and risk mitigation skills.
- Skilled in negotiation, influence, and relationship-building across public sector disciplines.
- Ability to design and deliver training and maintain digital enablement tools.
- Data literate and proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms).
