In the Brand Manager role,  you will work with all areas of the business being their go-to person for advice on our brands. That could be working with our advertising team on the latest TV ad; you could be making sure the right messages go out to our customers; or working with internal comms on the latest live event guiding them all on the best ways to use our assets and helping solve creative problems. You will also helping to develop our brands ensuring they are constantly evolving and remaining relevant to our customers and products.  
  
This is a varied and you will be supported by a fun loving creative bunch of people who really care about our brands and how they are perceived.   

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for embedding our brand vision, brand experience, the identity, and creative platform into everything we do.
  • Establish and lead robust brand governance processes, ensuring full compliance with EE brand guidelines and principles.
  • Provide expert creative consultation and sign-off across all communications—spanning external, internal, events, retail, indirect, digital, devices, and training.
  • Own and evolve our brand guidelines and principles
  • Manage the creation, distribution, and ongoing development of brand assets and guidelines.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business, supporting a wide range of brand-led projects.
  • Partner with internal teams and our branding agency to continuously enhance how our brand is delivered and experienced.
  • Develop and deliver campaign support packs tailored to channel needs.
  • Collaborate with the Trademarking team to safeguard our brand identity.
  • Lead the development and delivery of brand inductions, including a structured ‘sign-up’ process for future sessions.
  • Work closely with the strategy team to ensure new products, services, and partnerships align with our brand vision.
  • Mentor and support the Assistant Brand Manager

What we're looking for

  • A confident and collaborative team player with a passion for marketing and branding.
  • Strong brand understanding and experience mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in the creative briefing process and problem-solving within marketing communications.
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative process and how brand assets can drive business value.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Decisive and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and build consensus around key decisions.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
  • Solid understanding of the full marketing mix and brand strategy, including visual identity, brand experience, and corporate identity.
  • Commercially and creatively astute, with excellent judgment in evaluating creative work.
  • A keen eye for design and strong copywriting skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in managing and developing a team
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Committed to delivering results through collaboration and innovation.
  • Recognised qualifications in design, design management, or marketing communications desirable
