At BT, we’re building secure, scalable digital platforms that support over 100,000 colleagues globally—and Identity & Access Management (IAM) is at the heart of it.We’re looking for an IAM Platform Operations Analyst with hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience to join our Digital unit. You’ll play a key role in running and improving a critical enterprise IAM platform that enables secure access, supports compliance, and protects BT’s systems and data.This is an opportunity to work at scale, solve complex identity challenges, and contribute to a modern, cloud-based IAM ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing

  • Operate and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) in a live production environment
  • Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes
  • Support access requests, approvals, provisioning, and certifications
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
  • Configure and maintain SailPoint connectors (AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, JDBC)
  • Onboard applications into IAM governance processes

Essential skills/experience:

  • Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience
  • Experience supporting IAM/IGA platforms in production
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Identity lifecycle (JML)
  • RBAC and least privilege
  • Access reviews & certifications
  • Experience troubleshooting provisioning, workflows, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrations
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes
