This role will be located in Dublin.

You’ll deliver 2nd line support to Enterprise Managed Services customers, helping to build and maintain effective networking across the European business market. Driving license is required.


Your core duties include: 

•    Resolving technical incidents & customer requests in line with agreed SLAs
•    Escalating to 3rd line resolvers/vendors as needed
•    Working across all BT business units and 3rd parties
•    Supporting tech leads with testing, staging and network evolution
•    Undertaking training & development in line with the team’s needs


•    Industry certification in Cisco and Aruba – at minimum Associate level
•    Cisco Networking experience in operational environment
•    Aruba Wireless experience in operational environment
•    Python or other scripting experience demonstrating time & money saving
•    Experience in a fast moving customer service environment

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
