What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee accurate and comprehensive reporting in Genesys Cloud.
  • Continuously improve processes with new approaches or ideas and understand the benefits that they offer.
  • Actively learn from experience and readily apply your knowledge to new challenges.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide support in a customer-facing capacity, assisting Genesys Designers

Skills You'll Need

  • Contact Centre Reporting experience 
  • Report analytics
  • Data analytics
  • Genesys or similar technical contact centre experience preferred
  • Problem solving
