What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects or programmes, ensuring they meet customer expectations and business outcomes.
  • Build and manage cross-functional delivery teams, including internal specialists and third-party suppliers, within a matrix structure.
  • Own project governance, risk management, and budget control—ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines, and service levels.
  • Champion the customer experience by aligning delivery with business needs, resolving issues promptly, and driving satisfaction.
  • Ensure quality standards, methodologies, and best practices are consistently applied across all project phases.

Skills You'll Need

  • Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions to Enterprise customers, with strong project management and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive collaboration across internal and external partners.
  • Resilient and proactive problem-solver with a bold, solution-focused mindset—adept at navigating complexity and removing barriers to success.
  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and decision-making skills, able to interpret contracts, manage risk, and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • A natural coach and role model, committed to continuous learning, team development, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
