This role matters as it focuses on developing, managing and delivering mobile product and solutions that create value for Business markets while driving business performance. It encompasses diverse responsibilities, such as P&L management, mobile product, tariffing and process subject matter expertise to drive new product developments and in life product management. Achieving competitive advantage through differentiation in functionality, quality, service and commercials.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and launching mobile products and solutions on BT’s strategic mobile billing system for SMB, Corporate and Public Sector customers
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders within virtual teams and agile squads to ensure the delivery of agreed products and solutions, balancing time, CAPEX and scope in order to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ensuring that the product/solution delivery is kept on track, flagging risks, while finding solutions to overcome barriers to meet desired outcomes
  • Management of the full product lifecycle, from product development to in-life and end of life initiatives for a given portfolio of products
  • Monitoring key portfolio KPIs, including NPS, digital adoption, trading volumes, APRU etc, intervening where necessary to ensure attainment

This job can be based in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London or Manchester. Hybrid (3 days office based, 2 days remote). Monday to Friday, 9-5.

Essential Skills

  • Customer focused and excellent commercial acumen being able to make the complex, simple.
  • Problem solving: Ability to trade off complex requirements and recommend solutions. Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Collaborative approach: Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, working to tight deadlines
