Why this job matters

This role is to technically and commercially define, qualify and sell Radianz solutions for clients while driving Right First Time outcomes across the Radianz EcoSystem. This role ensures solutions and services are defined and delivered at the right cost, revenue and margin while maintaining focus on customer experience.



Your accountabilities

Work on new Sales opportunities for a number of accounts.

Responsible for identifying and documenting the Solutions to meet the desired outcome.

Identify and help cross selling opportunities where applicable with other Global products.

Champion customer experience.

Orchestrate BT Radianz system stack with colleagues in Delivery teams.

Business Impact:

Understanding of how Radianz Sales organisation integrates with other Global Lines of Business.

Contribution to the Radianz Global sales targets.

Authority/Decision Making:

Works with a high level of autonomy and able to engage at senior management level both internally and externally

Skills and Experience required for the job

Detailed Knowledge and experience of Capital markets Eco System communications and operating principles.

Experience of how IT technologies and solutions are applied to Capital markets business solutions.

Experience and specialist knowledge in Radianz Product and applicable Global products is desirable.

Good knowledge of supplier CPE equipment and technologies, including encryption.

Relevant business/professional qualification (e.g. CCDA/CCNA /CCNP/FISD Cloud Certifications), or equivalent technical job experience.

Understanding of systems design, system admin and emerging cloud technologies across: Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), Public, Private and Hybrid.

Must have ability to communicate, analyse and lead at a technical level with customer network / IT groups for the chosen solution.

Recommend people, process or system changes to drive Right First Time, customer experience and business outcomes.
