Important – Working hours of this role is to support Americas: Hungarian hours: 14:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday).

As a Service Delivery Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of BT’s standard products and services to global customers. Working closely with project managers and internal teams, you’ll help ensure smooth implementation and on-time delivery of customer solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid coordination or delivery support experience looking to step into a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the coordination of customer solution delivery across various product areas such as Data, Voice, Cloud, and Internet.
  • Liaise with internal teams including project managers, ordering, configuration, and support to align delivery schedules and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Track and follow up on order statuses, delivery milestones, and documentation requirements.
  • Communicate with third-party vendors or suppliers to monitor progress and ensure timelines are met.
  • Assist in maintaining delivery records, generating reports, and flagging delays or risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Help improve operational processes by identifying recurring issues and supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring expectations are understood and updates are provided in a timely and professional manner.

What we are looking for

 

  • Experience in a coordination, delivery, or service support role (telecoms or IT sector experience preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work with internal systems, track tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and organized approach to work.
  • Familiarity with standard telecoms or IT solutions is an advantage.
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple small tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an international or matrixed environment is a plus.
  • Professional certifications like ITIL or basic networking knowledge (e.g. CCNA) are a plus but not mandatory.
