What you'll be doing:

 

  • Subject matter expertise on client compliance needs and aligning brilliant customer compliance experiences
  • Owning and independently managing client compliance challenges, using personal expertise and data analysis to resolve problems
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders to proactively establish and drive the compliance agenda
  • Use of clear and concise reporting on compliance performance to drive quality delivery and develop commercial opportunities
  • Proactive development and upkeep of personal knowledge relating to client compliance requirements and Ownership of client specific compliance documentation
  • Managing business and commercial impacts relating to the delivery of client compliance requirements, development of appropriate resource profiles including the use of lowest cost resources
  • Coaching and offering specialised advice to clients, colleagues and partners across the business in your areas of expertise
  • May be required to undertake line management responsibilities as dictated by the team organisational structure. May delegate responsibility for some areas of responsibility to CRC Professionals or other CRC Specialists as needed
  • Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

  • Compliance: experience delivering a compliance role in one or more of the following specialisms: regulatory, security, quality management, business ethics, risk management, health & safety, internal/external assurance
  • Subject matter expert: be considered a subject matter expert for relevant compliance specialism, eg. ISO27001 or Lead Auditor is an advantage
  • Risk and Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex and shifting priorities to challenging deadlines
  • Stakeholder management: relevant experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders. Demonstrable ability to lead/coach a team. is an advantage
  • Commercial awareness: demonstrable experience of delivering to commercial priorities and understanding of contracts and contract language is an advantage

 

 

Language skills:

 

  • English on a fluent level
  • French on a level is an advantage
  • German on a level is an advantage
  • Spanish on a level is an advantage
  • Any European language on a level is an advantage
