KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE 

 

Ensure all scanning of invoices and business expenses are performed and policy/regulatory requirements are met. Providing compliance with the SLA and towards the management, takes responsibility after the transition in the day to day operation. Ensure due dates, policy and regulatory requirements are met. 

 

  • Supporting Europe document management team 
  • Scanning physical documents 
  • Following and maintaining data retention policies 
  • Supports or reports financial performance of defined business area. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

  • Supporting Europe invoice and business expense physical document management and archiving  
  • Drive service excellence to deliver ‘number one’ for customer service.  
  • Ensure customer is supplied with adequate and accurate financial information on a timely basis  
  • Ensure manuals/documentations are up to date  
  • Develop appropriate procedures to improve efficiency  
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement  
  • Co-operate and build good relationship with colleagues in the team and across other functions involved in the process.
