What you'll be doing:
- The CDS Contract Management Professional will own end to end contract management including P&L performance, risk and obligations, financial targets and profit improvement for one or more small to medium contracts or regional contract management for complex contracts
- He/she is the key commercial contact between the customers, the BT sales and service operations, maintains and develops customer/stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring that all services delivered to the contract/s by the team are delivered to the standards required, and/or contained within the customer contract/s
- Managing queries, disputes and escalations associated with the contract/s under ownership
- Managing contract derived risks, obligations, SLA's and the management and mitigation of same
- Being responsible for governance and reporting tasks (CGR, IRT etc)
- Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

- Agile with complex business processes ( p.ex. Lead 2 Cash) is an advantage is an advantage
Professional skills:
- Interest or experience in complex projects is an advantage is an advantage
- Contract and business management experience in multinational environment is an advantage is an advantage
- Problem solving skills with a can do attitude in a changing environment
- Confident user of MS Office Applications (including intermediate excel)
- Minimum bachelor degree and 2+ years relevant working experience in B2B customer and business management field is an advantage is an advantage
Language skills:
- English on a fluent level
- German on a fluent level
