What you'll be doing:

 

* As a Commercial Analyst (new name: CDM Support) you are actively contributing to the profitability of a customer contract:

* You do cost control by analysing various reports received from various sources (BT internal tools, excel reports from other BT colleagues etc.) and you match these cost items against the commercial inventory

* You do inventory managent by updating inventory tools or Excel files based on various data sources

* In case you discover any discrepancy during your investigation you initiate dispute processes and follow up on issues until its closure

* The result of your work is a clean inventory, costs under control and you can even generate savings to your team

* You do revenue management by deciding what charges to bill to the customer and request bill production. You also make a quality check on the draft invoices

* Monthly reporting and data administration is also part of this job

* This job has a monthly rhythm so you can plan ahead with your tasks

* Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

* Bachelor degree
