Planning and Governance Manager

- Responsible for facilitating, administering, and continuously improving the Governance cadence and the quarterly and annual planning and funding approval processes
- Responsible for coaching the programme teams through the governance processes and making sure the teams are fully equipped with what is needed for quarterly planning and annual budgeting
- Responsible for Risk and Dependency management
- Responsible for maintaining a Portfolio roadmap / milestones
- Responsible for Compliance / Audit
- Responsible for producing regular reporting into Global and Group
- Responsible for driving the overall story and internal comms (into the Transformation team) and support team calls
- Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
- Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
- Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
- Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
- Experience of critical and complex project / programme delivery or working in a complex Project / Transformation Management Office environment
- Experienced practitioner of a formal Project Management methodology such as MSP, Prince2, APMP, ITIL qualification, Risk Management Qualification or 6 Sigma
- Experience in Agile ways of working in particular SAFe Lean Portfolio Management and working knowledge of JIRA is an advantage
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Teams / SharePoint skills
- English on a fluent level
