All IP Migration Desk Specialist

- You will be providing support to Global's All IP transformation team to help drive our customers journey from legacy services to IP based services
- Initially you will be supporting the All IP sales enablement team, owning the "Stop-Sell" process to ensure the right customers are aware services are being withdrawn
- You will be responsible for ensuring our account teams have notified their customers with the communication and notices provided, managing a structured governance process
- You will be supporting the Senior All IP Commercial Lead, responsible for tracking and reporting progress.
- The role will require a high level of interaction with account teams and their management, to ensure Global's obligations to ensure customers are notified are met.
- You will be responsible for identifying customers who continue to order legacy services, through the analysis of various reports, and liaising with the appropriate account teams.
- You may also be required to provide additional support with regards to reporting other aspects of the programme and further supporting our engagement with account teams
- Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

- General awareness of both legacy (ISDN/PSTN) services and IP based services is an advantage
- General awareness of sales and account management is an advantage
- English on a fluent level
