Key responsibilities:

 
Build the delivery proposal while responding to the customer business objective by shaping the delivery approach, articulating the assumptions, dependencies and risks
Produce and complete Global internal Planning Assurance deliverables
Provide bid text and input to contract schedules
Initiate mobilisation in the last phase of a bid, starting from Front Door requests when required
Articulate clearly delivery strategy across Mobilisation, Transition and Transformation with the interdependencies across the scope
Provide volumetric analysis
Support the Commercial approach, with business benefit understanding to prioritise delivery and challenge non-value add requirements, break down of the costs into service towers, potentially into regions/countries as well o Ability to review and write Contract Schedules
Project confidence and gravitas in any interaction with the customer

Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
Using all data and information available to analyse and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions
Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
 
 

Professional skills:
 

Experience in delivering at least one of the following: Enterprise Voice solution on premises or in the Cloud with Number porting, Contact Centres, WAN, SD WAN, LAN, Service Desks under the ITIL framework
Demonstrated Project management skills e.g. Stakeholder management, prioritisation, time management, risks identification and management, business benefits and business cases
Ability to deal with uncertainty and make working assumptions to progress the bid submission
Analytical and numeracy skills
Presentation and writing skills with ability to produce and review slide decks or Contract Schedules
