What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities
•    Manage all the processes in relation to producing a set of drawings that a building can be built from
•    Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with the project timelines
•    Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate
•    Lead and be accountable to design build and run high quality applications for HR domain to meet Tribes business and technical objectives
o    Define and govern lean design principles working with Tribe Leads and Chapter Leads
o    Defines and enforces Design quality and standards across quads and tribes
o    Support build of Digital Technology roadmap for the HR daomain working with the Technical Architects, Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects
o    Build HR domain Knowledge and create roadmap for leagacy rationalisation
o    Design and maintain the product roadmap working with solution architecture team
•    Understand existing technology landscape to recommend opportunities for simplification and modernization to fully exploit the technology solution while balancing the business need for flexibility and appropriate localization.
•    Look at the big picture from a user experience, technology and business standpoint. Flex across each key employee lifecycle segment while understanding and mapping out upstream and downstream implications of all changes to the ecosystem.
•    Liaise with Global Process Owners to create the blueprint which can then be translated to simplified process by using technology


Skills required for the job
•    A product mindset with a people-centric design thinking approach
•    Bias for action, with high sense of ownership and commitment to innovate, challenge status-quo and drive change, for the better
•    Strong design skills with a knack to understand the current estate and propose solutions to fix the gaps
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to do root cause analysis to guide decision making in case of ambiguities
•    Should be able to propose best practices and solution alternatives in regard to process design and the system solution design
•    Should be able to provide technical expertise for Learning & Developement requirement to build solutions in HR Domain
•    Should be able to translate the business requirements into solution design
•    Working knowledge of building robust solutions in Learning Management System
•    Working knowledge of building robust solution in Learning Experience Platform
•    Project management experience related to implementation of new, complex programs, systems and/or processes. Familiar with agile methodologies and project management practices.
•    Skilled in creating lean design, Flowcharting, Value-Stream Mapping, Cause and Effect Analysis.
•    Good knowledge of Onbaording and Recruitment systems, tools and process in the HR Domain
•    Good Communication skills to manage stakeholders, Senior Managers and Directors from Corporate Business and Digital units
