In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing complex transformation projects, implementing best-practice governance, reporting, and risk management to ensure smooth delivery of new capabilities, processes, and operating models. You’ll work closely with sales teams to continuously improve how we operate, driving both measurable business outcomes and a world-class experience for customers and colleagues. What you’ll be doing

Manage project delivery across scope, cost, timescales, and quality, proactively identifying and implementing changes where needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with contract terms and escalating issues where appropriate.

Deliver analysis and consultancy to identify opportunities for simplification, efficiency, and business process improvement, driving enhanced customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and revenue growth.

Define and track KPIs for assigned workstreams, measuring performance against agreed metrics to ensure delivery against programme objectives.

Ensure full stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating effective collaboration and verifying that outputs meet required standards.

Apply robust governance practices and adhere to defined methodologies, tools, and reporting standards as set by the Programme Delivery Senior Manager.

Use operational and technical expertise to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs and provide a high-quality experience for both internal and external customers.

Facilitate clear decision-making by establishing accountability structures (e.g. RAPID), building decision time into project plans, and clearly communicating impacts.

Manage delivery budgets for workstreams, ensuring efficient use of resources and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and collaborate with a matrix team of internal colleagues and external partners, integrating their contributions into the overall programme delivery.

Ensure formal project closure, capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement in future project delivery.
The skills you’ll need
-
Programme & Project Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience in programme or project management roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex change programmes across various sectors. Professional project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APM RPP, Scrum Master, SAFe) are desirable.

Risk & Change Management: Demonstrated ability to manage significant project risk and deliver a broad range of transformational and business change initiatives, adapting plans where needed to maintain successful outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business, technical, and operational teams—up to Director level.

Influential Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to and lead large audiences, and influence across all levels of the organisation.

Decision Making in Ambiguity: Demonstrates the ability to make informed decisions in uncertain situations, often using incomplete information or managing conflicting priorities and perspectives.

Continuous Improvement: Committed to continuous learning and improvement, always looking for ways to optimise delivery, enhance outcomes, and share knowledge across the team.
