As the primary gateway for all HR-related needs—serving both colleagues and people managers—it focuses on delivering efficient, end-to-end employment cycle processes. Our goal is to provide vital HR services that drive outstanding experiences for all.

The primary focus of this role is to support the delivery of projects and change initiatives across People & HR Service Delivery. This role will also play a key part in establishing a Programme Management Office to support the execution of the People & Culture strategy. It will help implement standardised, robust project approaches that ensure clear visibility of progress, effective delivery, and minimal risk—while reducing reliance on ad-hoc or shadow resources.

What you'll be doing

•Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet agreed criteria and timelines.
•Assist in engaging key stakeholders, including internal teams, colleagues, and external partners, to ensure smooth integration of project deliverables into the operational People & HR Service Delivery environment.
•Facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration across all involved parties.
•Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of continuous improvement events, ensuring completion of actions, deployment of improvements, and measurement of outcomes.
•Take lead responsibility for maintaining and standardising HR process documentation (e.g. process flows, standard work, maturity matrices).
•Work closely with team leads to ensure consistent documentation standards.
•Assist with change initiatives, including training, communications, and change enablement activities to drive successful adoption.
•Support the integration of change into day-to-day operations.
•Support the development of training and educational materials.
•Create engaging visual aids and reminders to reinforce key learning and process changes.

The skills you'll need to succeed

•Proven ability to support timely project delivery aligned with business objectives.
•Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Skilled in project scoping, planning, and execution.
•Experience in building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to understand and deliver on their needs.
•Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
•Able to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and thrive in ambiguous or evolving environments.
•Proven experience in managing or supporting a Programme Management Office, delivering change or continuous improvement projects.
•Demonstrated ability to develop and manage internal communication and engagement campaigns—translating complex plans into simple, engaging messages for a range of audiences.

Preferred:
•Knowledge of HR processes and systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
•Experience in change management, colleague experience, or experience management—ideally within a People & Culture function.
