Responsibilites
- Manage and support document control processes, assisting the current Document Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and secure handling of project-related documentation.
- Facilitate the use of Planview, a critical project delivery management tool, by supporting delivery Project Managers with tasks such as data entry, report generation, and tool optimization to enhance project efficiency.
- Provide secretarial support, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating communications to ensure smooth operation of project activities.
- Maintain and monitor PMO mailboxes, ensuring prompt responses, effective prioritization, and seamless communication with stakeholders to support project delivery.
Skills You'll Need
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks
