Performance & Effectiveness Manager (Marketing) - Bristol or London - Competitive Salary 

 

About this role

 

You’ll be part of the Enterprise Marketing Performance team.  This team is accountable for optimising and demonstrating marketing leading performance that everyone’s proud of.  You’ll support our CPS and Wholesale Performance Manager and wider marketing teams with reports, analysis and insights that enables colleagues to understand the effect we’re having on demand, sales, lead gen, customer, and revenue growth. You’ll be able to demonstrate Marketing’s impact on Commercial goals and Marketing ROI.  Your analysis and expertise will enable optimisations that ensure we execute the best possible segment plans that maximise value and deliver business growth.

 

You'll have the following responsibilities 

 

  • To support the development of an evidence and performance-based marketing culture by providing data analysis and reporting to the B2B Marketing Team
  • Design and manage a reporting suite across all channels of the B2B business units for CPS and Wholesale.
  • Act as a mixture of ‘business analyst’ and ‘marketeer’ during ownership of customer lead tracking for various marketing activities
  • Work with the wider data teams across BT Enterprise to ensure reporting is accurate and delivered in the right format at all times.
  • Work with data experts and developers to manage processes to ensure that decision makers across all channels have the right data across the entire prospect to lead to order lifecycle
  • Supporting on ad hoc projects and reporting as and when required including accurate, insightful, timely analysis of short- and long-term performance
  • Utilise quantitative insights to recommend new initiatives and best practices for sales and marketing leadership

 

You'll have the following skills & experience

 

  • Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce
  • Results focused individual - experience and skillset which focuses on achieving a result 
  • Experience working with marketing analytical platforms – e.g. Adobe Analytics
  • Previous experience working in a commercial marketing role – preferably working in B2B marketing
  • Ability to analyse, model and interpret data, strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects, under pressure and to deadlines 
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Self-motivated, articulate, and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Good numeracy, statistical and logic skills. Exposure to Salesforce, Tableau, Office365 desirable
