This role can be in any of the following locations: Bristol, London or Manchester

 

About this role:

You will be driving commercial and trading performance for the MNO sector within Enterprise’s Wholesale business. This is important to underpin both short term performance and longer term performance aligned to the MTP and strategy.

 

The role creates insights from regular analysis and performance reviews, to identify opportunities and gaps in the P&L, and focusing on deals to deliver plan, using commercial acumen and performance insights to set trading priorities with specific customers.

 

You'll have the following responsibilities:

• Working with a team to contribute to structure development for large, complex opportunities
• Providing information to inform negotiations and conducts ongoing negotiations before contract signature and during in life management of a contract
• Accountability across the Wholesale Mobile Network Operator Sales Channel for developing opportunities and mitigating gaps to deliver segment specific P&L and trading performance ensuring segments and MNO are going in the right direction to achieve targets
• Collaboratively developing solutions and interventions to close P&L gaps and future P&L gaps and ensuring solutions are delivered
• Reviewing overall performance of customer KPIs and recommends course correction action
• Own and deliver components of the commercial opportunity and structures the development for mid-sized opportunities, managing contractual risks and obligations
• Ensuring successful delivery of contract commitments within cost targets, contract profit and revenue growth
• Holding self and others accountable for delivering against contractual service level agreements

 

You'll have the following skills and experience:

• Very comfortable building & interpreting financial scenarios models (Excel)
• Recognised experience in commercial planning, focusing on product, proposition, commercial management, financial management)
• Experience of complex deal environments
• A fantastic ability to negotiate with stakeholders and customers
• Data analysis and insight: able to navigate and create complex commercial and financial models as above and problem solve complex asks 
• Communication skills: able to distil complex information into simple/ succinct messages
• Building effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business, product owners and account teams
• Commercial & financial acumen: creates commercial opportunities across revenue and cost bases
• Track record for delivering commercial initiatives and solutions to tight times scales, to innovate and 'think outside the box' to deliver commercial solutions that meet Customer requirements
