Sales Advisors

Customer Service Tech
You’ll talk to customers over the phone, helping them resolve any mobile or broadband technical queries they may have. As long as you’re willing to learn and you enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you.

Customer Service Billing
You’ll call on your life skills to build strong relationships and then work together to find the best outcome and support our customers with queries regarding their account. If you’re resilient and you like solving problems, it’s a really satisfying role.

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW
During your experience day, we’ll fix up a face-to-face interview with you and give you some tips on how to prepare. Again, we’re not trying to trip you up – the interview is designed for everyone to be at their best.
