There’s money off handsets, laptops, tablets, consoles and smart TVs. We’ll even start a pension for you and top it up every month.

Support is so important when you’re first starting work. Here, you’ll be part of a group who all start at the same time and share the learning experience together.
Whatever you need to know, there’s always someone you can ask.

The EE Apprenticeship is designed to teach you everything you need to know to become a brilliant Customer Service Advisor with us. You'll learn how to manage customer interactions sensitively, respectfully, and effectively. That includes:
- Helping with customer queries over the phone
- Processing orders and payments professionally
- Technical guidance and support on EE packages and products
- Fixing problems and handling complaints – customer satisfaction
- Sales, aftercare and service recovery
- On-the-job, with lots of support from managers, experts and the rest of our team, some of whom started as apprentices themselves – we won’t chuck you in at the deep end on your first day.
- Studying towards a Level 2 Qualification in Customer Service – there’s dedicated study time each week and face-to-face support from a tutor once a month.
The whole Apprenticeship takes up to 18 months. Once you graduate from the apprenticeship, you’ll continue with your customer service role, and you’ll get a salary increase too.
