This area ensures that our customer tariff structures are not only compelling but commercially sound, sustainable, and strategically aligned. Tariffing and investment ladders are critical levers to drive growth, profitability, and market positioning. You will support decisions around how we price, invest, and evaluate value across our base, inflows, outflows and regrades. You will be key to the shaping of pricing and investment frameworks that support integrating product innovation, ensuring customer needs are met while safeguarding margins and aligning with long-term strategic and financial goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support in enhancing tariff structures and pricing strategies to drive subscriber growth and value linking closely across core products
  • Assess tariff structures across product portfolios and brands
  • Work closely with Finance, Product, Base and Customer Marketing to balance competitiveness with profitability in activities
  • Support pricing strategy and governance processes, including annual and quarterly pricing cycles
  • Lead the financial modelling of tariff structures and propositions to assess return on investment (ROI), payback periods, and margin impacts.
  • Support regulatory and compliance alignment to ensure pricing transparency and fairness commitments
  • Work closely with Product and Partnership teams to develop new pricing models (e.g., usage-based, modular, content)
  • Prepare for key governance and support management of deadlines for decisions
  • Support the integration and launch of new features and innovations to drive monetisation using insight and segmentation (close link to Product and Customer Marketing)
  • Ensure value structures are optimised for revenue and margin while maintaining legal and reg compliance
  • Review customer base dynamics and drive for simplification
  • Conduct pricing analysis and benchmarking of competitor portfolios

 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience assessing complex data while extracting and delivering key stories
  • Keen ability to learn tariffing constructs and make recommendations for change
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable communicating complex commercial decisions to executive audiences making clear recommendations
  • Ability to unpick and analyse competitor proposition and structural offerings in order to win and protect our base
