We’re on the lookout for a passionate, driven Sales Operations Manager to lead one of our amazing sales teams at the EE Contact Centre in Swansea.

This isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about inspiring people, delivering standout customer experiences, and continuing to support EE in being the preferred choice in Households. You’ll be at the heart of the action, owning performance, driving results, and making sure your team feels supported, empowered, and ready to shine.

 
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading a large, fast-paced operational team to deliver brilliant customer experiences every day.
  • Owning performance across key metrics—think revenue, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching and developing Team Leaders to be the best they can be.
  • Creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
  • Handling people matters with care and confidence—from absence and attendance to performance and development.
  • Working with stakeholders to improve processes, solve problems, and add value for our customers.
  • Getting involved in local community activities that help build EE’s reputation as a brand that cares.
