Shape commercial success. Lead with insight.
Commercial performance at EE is about more than numbers – it’s about understanding what drives our business, spotting opportunities for growth, and helping teams across the region deliver their best. As a Retail Commercial Leader, you’ll play an essential role in shaping our commercial strategy and supporting our stores to achieve outstanding results.
This is a role for someone who combines analytical capability with real-world retail understanding. Your insights will influence key decisions, your coaching will help colleagues grow, and your leadership will ensure commercial activity translates into real business impact.
You’ll be the link between performance, people, and action – transforming insight into momentum. If you want a role where you can shape strategy, develop capability, and make a visible difference across a region, this is your opportunity to step up, lead with purpose, and drive commercial excellence.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Regional Managers, regularly visit stores, and stay connected to our latest products and propositions. Commercial performance data will help you identify priorities, opportunities and emerging trends, enabling you to share clear insights and recommendations across the region. Store visits will give you the chance to coach, support and develop colleagues, driving high performance and great customer experiences. You’ll also contribute data-driven input to key decisions and step in to support the Regional Manager when required. To thrive here, you’ll bring the ability to inspire others, influence effectively and build strong relationships at every level.
At EE, we’re building an inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed. We value different perspectives, skills and experiences, and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We’re open to flexible working, including part-time hours, job shares and other options, and we provide emergency time off for dependants as well as generous maternity and paternity leave. Talk to us during the recruitment process and we’ll help find a role that fits your life and your ambitions.
