As Promotions Manager (Rewards, PAYG and Connected), you will lead the promotional strategy and execution across EE One Up (Rewards), PAYG and Connected. You will own promotional investment decisions, develop commercially compelling propositions and deliver activity that improves customer engagement, supports loyalty, reduces churn and drives commercial growth.

Working at the intersection of commercial strategy, trading, marketing and customer insight, you will translate data and market trends into effective promotional plans. You will collaborate with teams across Trading, Partnerships, Marketing, Media, Base Management, Digital and Channels to ensure promotional activity is successfully planned, delivered and optimised, while bringing fresh thinking and innovative ideas to EE's customer propositions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the promotional strategy and execution across EE One Up (Rewards), PAYG and Connected, delivering activity that drives customer loyalty, engagement and commercial performance.
  • Lead the EE One Up promotional roadmap and investment strategy, ensuring promotional spend delivers maximum customer value, supports NPS improvement and reduces customer churn.
  • Develop and maintain a clear promotional calendar across Rewards, PAYG and Connected, balancing short-term trading opportunities with long-term commercial objectives.
  • Create robust business cases for promotional activity, defining commercial targets, customer outcomes and investment rationale for governance approval.
  • Translate customer, competitor and market insights into promotional recommendations that improve customer value and drive sustainable growth.
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market delivery, coordinating activity across Trading, Media, Partnerships, Marketing, Channels and Base teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Track promotional performance, conduct post-campaign reviews and use data-led insight to continuously improve future promotional effectiveness.
  • Identify and test innovative promotional mechanics, reward propositions and engagement initiatives that create differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, influencing stakeholders and securing alignment on promotional priorities and investment decisions.
  • Support the development of best practice across the Promotions function, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team culture.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships, align priorities and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical capability, using data, customer insight and market trends to inform commercial decisions, promotional recommendations and new ideas.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end go-to-market delivery, working across commercial, marketing, trading and operational teams to successfully execute promotional activity and customer propositions.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience developing and delivering promotions, customer propositions or commercial strategies within a consumer-facing organisation.

  • Experience within telecommunications, loyalty, rewards, mobile, broadband, utilities or other subscription-based consumer sectors.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience developing business cases and evaluating investment decisions.

  • Experience managing promotional calendars, trading activity or customer engagement programmes across multiple channels.
