Join EE as a Planning and Performance Manager: Shape the Future of Consumer
Location: London, Bristol or Birmingham
Why EE?
Imagine being part of the largest telco in the industry, with over 20,000 employees and 34 million customers. At EE, we generate over £10 billion in revenue, offering enormous opportunities for our people and positioning us as No. 1 in the market. Our Consumer Unit is home to three iconic brands - BT, EE, and Plusnet. Each brand is unique, catering to different segments of the market, and collectively, they generate more revenue than any other part of BT. Our goal is ambitious yet achievable: to create a connection in every home in the UK by 2025.
As a Planning and Performance Manager, you’ll work at the heart of this ambition, helping us create digital, data-led, and customer-first experiences that transform lives and businesses across the country.
Why join this team
The Product Success team exists to enable the Product Mobile function to operate at pace, with focus, discipline, and measurable outcomes. As EE shifts to a brand-led, customer-first operating model, Product Mobile is becoming a centre of functional excellence – delivering the network and product capabilities that underpin EE’s commercial success. Within this structure, the Planning & Performance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that Product Mobile delivers with clarity, control and accountability. You’ll be responsible for leading the quarterly and annual planning process, coordinating activity across multiple teams, and owning a comprehensive performance dashboard that gives leadership and product teams visibility into what’s on track, what’s blocked, and what needs attention.
If you’re someone who thrives on creating order, clarity and impact in fast-moving environments – and want to help shape how a product function delivers at scale – this role offers a brilliant platform to make a difference.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead quarterly and annual planning for Product Mobile – building structured planning cycles that bring together teams across Product, Technology, Commercial and Delivery.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance dashboard that tracks key metrics across Product uptake, usage and customer volumes, experience performance (CSAT, pNPS, jNPS, error trends) and more
- Coordinate cross-functional input into planning and reporting activities, working with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Technology, Strategy, Marketing & Commercial, Digital, Compliance, and Legal.
- Act as a key partner to the Product Success leadership, contributing insight and recommendations for business reviews, governance forums, and performance deep-dives.
- Monitor delivery performance against roadmap objectives – highlighting progress, surfacing risks, and supporting issue resolution with relevant teams.
- Drive cadence and governance – setting the rhythm for monthly and quarterly reporting, milestone reviews, and strategic planning checkpoints.
- Ensure the right balance of operational detail and strategic oversight – providing actionable reporting for teams, and high-level visibility for leadership.
- Continuously improve planning processes, dashboard tools, and performance templates – simplifying where possible and eliminating duplication across the ecosystem.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Product Mobile function, helping define what good looks like in planning, prioritisation, and performance insight
What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated track record of leading quarterly and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment across product, commercial, technology, and finance teams
- Skilled in designing, implementing and maintaining performance dashboards that surface delivery progress, customer outcomes, financial metrics, and compliance
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills, with the ability to influence, align, and communicate effectively across functions and seniority levels
- Advanced analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex dataset and translate them into concise, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in Agile environments with shifting priorities
