About the role
As a People & Culture Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across Sales & Service Operations to understand their business challenges and shape practical people solutions that make a real impact. You’ll use insight, data and trusted relationships to influence decisions, support managers and help create a high-performing, inclusive culture. This is a hands-on partnering role, responsible for a regional footprint, up to 2000 FTE, where you’ll coach, challenge and collaborate to drive positive change for our colleagues and customers, whilst working cross functionally across lead activity for the wider P&C team.

This matters because how change feels on the ground directly influences trust, engagement, retention and performance. In a large scale frontline operation, consistency, credibility and care are as important as speed and cost discipline. The P&C partner role will directly influence, shape and support attainment of these goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Develops a deep understanding of the business unit’s strategy, goals and challenges to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Provides proactive, data-driven insights to influence business decisions and shape the people strategy.
- Builds strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
- Supports effective communication, decision-making and resolution of people-related issues that impact business success.
- Acts as a consultant and coach to managers, offering expert guidance on HR policies, processes and compliance.
- Partners with senior line managers and People & HR Services to manage employee absence effectively, ensuring policy compliance and implementing strategies to minimise disruption and promote wellbeing.
- Provides strategic support on talent initiatives aligned to business objectives, helping to attract, develop and retain a diverse, high-performing workforce.
- Contributes to organisational effectiveness by supporting the implementation of new structures, roles and processes aligned to business needs.
- Serves as an HR expert, continuously developing HR knowledge and embracing technology to streamline HR processes.
- Uses data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and present evidence-based recommendations to business leaders.
- Operates as part of an agile People & Culture function, contributing to cross-functional projects.
