The Scope
As a Product Manager (Squad Lead) for gaming & consumer tech, you’ll own the direction and outcomes of a cross-functional squad, ensuring the team is solving the right problems, in the right way, and delivering value early and often. This team will enhance how customers discover, access, and engage with the latest technology.
You’ll explore how we integrate emerging devices and gaming platforms into seamless digital experiences, and how we can use our network and digital capabilities to unlock new value for customers. Whether you’re focusing on the setup and onboarding, digital shopping journey, or post-purchase experience, you’ll be responsible for shaping the end-to-end journey with the customer at the centre.
What you’ll be doing
- Defining a compelling product vision and create a clear, outcome-driven roadmap aligned to broader tribe and business priorities.
- Leading end-to-end product development — from discovery to delivery — using research, data and customer insight to inform decisions.
- Own and managing the squad backlog, ensuring work is prioritised based on value, feasibility, and customer need.
- Driving continuous alignment across teams and stakeholders, managing dependencies and surfacing risks early.
- Leading a multi-disciplinary squad, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on delivery, quality, and improvement.
- Ensuring your squad meets the Definition of Done for all outputs — holding the line on quality while delivering at pace.
- Acting as a role model for agile delivery, customer obsession, and servant leadership — empowering others while remaining accountable for outcomes.

- Strong ability to define product vision and roadmaps, ensuring your squad is focused on the right problems and delivering work that aligns to wider business goals.
- Confidence in using data, insight and user research to inform decision-making, validate assumptions, and prioritise work that delivers measurable outcomes.
- Well-developed agile working skills and experience, including backlog ownership, writing user stories, leading iterative delivery cycles, and applying continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across teams and create alignment between business, technology and customer priorities.
- Team leadership in a multi-disciplinary environment, building a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports ownership, pace and high performance.
