It's an exciting time at EE as we continue the relaunch of the brand and redefine how we can serve our customers. As part of this we want to develop much deeper relationships with them and that means connecting with them in all the places they love to spend their time. 

 

In this role you will take the lead on making sure we are always working with the right content creators to help us achieve our creative ambitions and stories as well as our commercial objectives.  You will be responsible for identifying who we want to work with, developing relationships with them and helping them shape content that can drive best in class engagement for both them and EE.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns that increase brand consideration, engagement and credible conversations.
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers who align with our brand values, audiences, campaign objectives and creative platform.  
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact and provide ongoing support and guidance to them to drive our brand objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, fees and deliverables with influencers, ensuring both they and EE achieve core objectives.
  • Collaborate with core internal teams including brand and DG comms, partnerships and PR to align influencer campaigns with their KPI’s.   
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies to innovate the influencer strategy and keep EE at the forefront of the channel.
  • Maintain a constant data driven view of the retained Influencer pool to ensure EE is always aligned with the best influencers to drive our brand and campaign KPI’s.   

The skills and experience you will have under your belt

  • Proven experience of planning and executing social influencer marketing and wider social media strategies that drive brand and commercial metrics
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms, algorithms and trends
  • Creative thinker with a passion for identifying new ways to use social media to tell branded stories in an engaging way
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data as well as add strategic impact
  • A fantastic influencer who can develop relationships, direct and guide all styles of content creators to ensure executions align with wider comms strategies
  • Confident negotiator who can drive the most efficient and effective executions from both large and smaller influencer partners
  • Ability to multitask and manage a large number of influencer partnerships simultaneously
  • A strong verbal and written communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels
