In this role you will focus on the creation of brand and digital experiences across all digital platforms, supporting in the overall development the visual expression of our brands across our digital design system (Loop) and setting the creative standard for our digital product experiences. You will work collaboratively with the digital design lead and other members of the brand team on the development of our digital brand ensuring a best in class digital brand experience. You will drive campaign integration into digital channels by creating overarching campaigns and brand tools as well as reimagining marketing campaigns into digital centric assets which get used across all digital channels.
As part of this important role within the team, you will help drive a better brand experience across all digital platforms as well as a more consistent approach across marketing, web and App.
What you’ll be doing
- Create, develop and manage all the creative look and feel of all components in the loop design system.
- You will be accountable for translating our brand into compelling interactive digital experiences.
- Support execution teams with the implementation of our creative standards using the design system, brand play book and brand assets
- Ensuring user testing and data analysis is incorporated into your designs.
- Working as part of a cross functional design team creating best in class brand and customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with brand management, brand creative, marketing, tribes and product teams incorporating their feedback into your work.
- Responsible for the visual expression of components and assets that sit across digital platforms.
- Create ideas for digital executions which demonstrate not only innovation but an understanding of our brands’ values.
- Responsible for implementation of brand guidelines and brand principles across all digital platforms.
- Translating campaigns into assets that work across all digital touch points.
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
- Strong experience in the main areas of Digital product design.
- Strong experience in Design in a user centred Digital environment
- Information Architecture
- Interaction Design & Prototyping
- User Research & Testing
- Strong graphical design skills
- Conceptual thinker and problem solver
- Proven track record of delivering a strong brand experience across digital products.
- Ability to follow user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and how to implement them in product design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital experiences.
