In this role you will lead the Implementation, development and execution of our brands assets across all digital platforms, leading the development of the visual treatment of all components in our digital design system (Loop) accountable for setting the standard for creative across all our digital product experiences. You will work collaboratively with the digital executional teams ensuring our creative standards are met and creative assets are digestible and usable enabling them to develop projects efficiently. You will also be responsible for driving campaign integration into digital channels creating and reworking campaign assets to be implemented by the execution teams.

This is a pivotal role within the team to ensure our digital channels deliver the brand experience we expect across all digital platforms as well as drive consistency and integration of our communications across web and App.

What you’ll be doing

In this lead role you will focus on:

 

  • Leading the development and implementation of visual treatment for all components within the digital design system (loop).
  • Set creative standards and guidance across digital channels, ensuring implementation by execution teams.
  • Developing new design approaches that integrate user needs with commercial objectives.
  • Set creative direction for execution teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and playbooks.
  • Engage in creative problem-solving with both the business and customers.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of digital brand guidance by digital tribes.
  • Build strong relationships with brand management, brand creative, marketing, engineering, and product teams.
  • Develop and apply creative elements across the digital design system.
  • Define and develop brand assets, principles, and behaviors across digital platforms, embedding them into the design system.
  • Implement brand guidelines and principles across all digital platforms.
  • Ensure campaign assets are usable across all digital touchpoints.

Skills and Experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate how brands are delivered across digital spaces and improve brand experiences across websites and apps.
  • Develop creative solutions across various digital products, ensuring brand consistency and a strong brand presence.
  • Follow user-centered design principles and best practices to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences.
  • Work on all advertising across brands and digital platforms, with the creative freedom to create your own guidelines.
  • Bring designs into a cohesive design system, ensuring they follow user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Conduct Information Architecture, Interaction Design & Prototyping, and User Research & Testing to create end-to-end digital experiences that are both functional and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering a strong brand.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to inspire other creatives and mentor junior members of the design team.
  • Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and how to implement them in product design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and feel confident making decisions.
  • Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
