About the role

As the Trading Manager for EE Broadband & TV, you will lead on executing our strategy for acquiring new EE Broadband customers while developing the plan to grow and retain the EE TV base.

You will lead commercial conversations, work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership, analyse performance data and turn insights into clear commercial actions.

The role will work cross-functionally with teams from Finance, Marketing and Channels while driving the shape and delivery of broader commercial strategies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivers the quarterly Trading Plan for Broadband acquisition and TV adds / retention across all commercial metrics (net adds, ARPU, x-sell etc.)
  • Spearheads upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase BB&TV revenue and reduce TV churn.
  • Drives initiatives through governance forums, product briefings, and frontline communications, ensuring stakeholder engagement and readiness.
  • Coordinates campaign data analysis in developing visible and measurable conversion funnels, identifying patterns that demonstrate campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across our portfolio of BB & TV products to drive pricing strategy.
  • Provides trading insight and analysis to inform investment decisions, commercial board discussions, and long-term strategic planning, including business casing and post-implementation reviews.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Commercial Strategy & Pricing Expertise: Develops and delivers commercial and pricing strategies that maximise value, market share, and business performance across channel.
  • Commercial Acumen & Decision Making: Applies deep business knowledge, analysis, and sound judgement to evaluate options and make effective commercial decisions.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Builds trusted relationships with senior leaders and clearly communicates complex commercial and pricing changes to influence outcomes.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Problem Solving - Defines a problem, determining the cause of the problem, identifying, prioritising, and selecting alternatives for a solution and implementing.
  • Background in trading or commercial telecoms teams
  • Understanding of the Broadband & TV market with knowledge of competitor products and offers.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive approach - able to progress opportunities quickly and efficiently.
