Why this job matters

Data driven automation and decision making has never been more important to EE.  It will allow us to create the best personal experiences for all our customers across our outbound, inbound assisted and digital channels. This chapter will create a new data capability for Consumer, overseeing the data architecture, tooling and frameworks our engineers and data scientists work with to build and deploy capability, the way we source our data and join it together and it will oversee the quality and availability of that data too. 

Your output supports decision making for our key stakeholders through quality and actionable insights to deliver a holistic customer view, while also working closely with the rest of data and decisioning to ensure best practices are shared across the team.  

What you’ll be doing

  • Play a key role in the Qlik Cloud migration, actively contributing to the evolution of our self-serve reporting platform
  • Designs and deploys Qlik Cloud automations to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency across reporting and analytics
  • Leads the development of initial integrations for AI-powered solutions, enabling smarter insights and more informed decision-making
  • Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across the business to support and drive their KPIs
  • Owns and delivers self-serve dashboards that provide deep insights into product performance, business health, and key drivers 
  • Leads end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and app design to collaboration with developers and data managers for implementation

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Ability to write complex SQL query  ( especially in the cloud: eg.:  GCP, Big Query)
  • Build automated Qlik apps with advance deep dives functionality.
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Experience of using analytics and reporting to uncover valuable insights for your stakeholders
  • Application of quality assurance best practice.
