About the role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Competitions & Hospitality Manager to lead the development, delivery and optimisation of EE's customer competitions, hospitality experiences and experiential rewards portfolio.
This role will be responsible for creating and managing a calendar of compelling customer experiences that drive engagement with EE's loyalty propositions, including EE One Up and broader customer reward programmes. You will own the end-to-end execution of competitions, prize draws, hospitality events, VIP experiences and customer engagement activations.
Working closely with Partnerships, Brand, Commercial, Legal, Digital, CRM, Customer Experience and external partners, you will ensure that all competitions and hospitality opportunities are executed to a best-in-class standard and deliver measurable value for both customers and EE.
This is an exciting role for someone with strong programme management, customer experience and stakeholder management skills who is passionate about creating memorable customer moments that strengthen loyalty and increase emotional connection with the brand.
What you’ll be doing
Competitions, Hospitality & Customer Experiences
- Develop and deliver EE's competitions, hospitality and experiential rewards programme.
- Create engaging competitions, prize draws, VIP experiences and customer events that support customer engagement and loyalty objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and strengthen EE's rewards proposition.
Partnership & Supplier Management
- Build and manage relationships with partners, agencies and suppliers to deliver exclusive customer experiences and rewards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise the impact of competitions and hospitality activity.
Customer Engagement & Performance
- Monitor participation, engagement and customer satisfaction to measure programme effectiveness.
- Use customer insight and performance data to optimise activity and improve outcomes.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all competitions and hospitality activities comply with legal, regulatory and promotional marketing requirements.
- Maintain effective governance, fulfilment and customer communication processes.
- Manage operational risks and customer issues as required.
Budget Management
- Manage budgets, forecasting and supplier expenditure.
- Monitor performance and ensure activity delivers measurable customer and commercial value.
Essential Skills / Experience

Experience developing and delivering customer competitions, rewards, hospitality programmes or experiential customer engagement initiatives.

Strong programme and project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives through internal and external partners.

Experience working within customer-focused consumer businesses, ideally loyalty, rewards, telecommunications, retail, entertainment or hospitality sectors.
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience working within loyalty, rewards, customer engagement or retention programmes.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers, sponsorships or strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of promotional marketing regulations and competition compliance requirements.
- Experience delivering VIP events, hospitality experiences or customer activations.
- Experience using customer insight, CRM platforms or performance data to optimise engagement.
- Commercial and budget management experience.
