About the role

It’s an exciting year for EE & Plusnet, with a strong pipeline of consumer-focused innovations that you’ll help communicate to the UK. You’ll work with top creative agencies to deliver standout, best in class campaigns with a primary focus on Social channels.  There will also be the potential to work on TV, OOH, radio and partnerships. You’ll lead the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple campaigns, managing a range of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll champion creative alignment across the business and collaborate closely with the media team to drive strong performance across the full communications funnel. Throughout, you’ll push creative boundaries and explore new ideas to keep the brands ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for delivery and integration of brand advertising campaigns across multiple channels  but primary focus is on Social. (TV, OOH, digital, print, radio, experiential at times)
  • Delivering best in class creative campaigns across all media touch points within a consistent brand framework
  • Ensuring that all campaigns have clear objectives, performance measures and reporting capabilities are in place and analysed on a regular basis
  • Working closely with other areas of the brand team and the broader business to ensure that all campaign activity is aligned and fully integrated across all channels
  • Managing day to day projects and activities with supplier/ agencies / internal teams
  • Developing & growing key agency relationships through activities such as weekly meetings and interagency sessions
  • Ensuring creative meets both the brand and commercial requirements
  • Working closely with agency production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in budget to maximize return on investment. 
  • Assisting with financial process internally
  • Developing a close partnership with the Media team and other key channels to ensure a holistic response to brief and campaign measurement. 
    A key driver and playing an active role in experiential events that support the overall brand campaign objectives

Essential Skills / Experience

  • ALT Production Management: Extensive knowledge and experience managing the end-to-end process for Brand ATL production with a focus on social platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with your stakeholders i.e. creative agencies, media, retail, digital, base, legal, internal comms and prop owners to ensure full alignment and integration
  • Execution and Delivery: Proven ability in making things happen – translate solutions into creation and delivery of practical and workable marketing plans that have a commercial / business impact

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Sports Advertising: History of working on sport campaigns and a passion for football
  • Creative Judgment: Ability to assess and improve creative with a social first mindset
  • Strategic thinking: Enjoy working in a fast paced and constantly changing business
  • Bold and confident thinking, challenging the status quo where appropriate
  • Organisational Navigation: Patience and experience of navigating large, complex organisational structures 
  • Problem solving: Able to deal with ambiguity and confidence to handle challenging conversations
  • Communication and representation skills: Confident communicator that can present creative work to senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a time pressured environment and flexible working hours on occasions
  • Delivered award winning social campaigns across all platforms with experience in TikTok and Instagram advertising 
  • Highly experienced in developing and implementing disruptive and effective brand campaigns for big brands
